After an enforced corona-stop of two years, we are pleased to announce our traditional end-of-year lecture (shortly after St Nicholas) to be restored to its former glory. This year’s lecture will take place on Thursday 15 December 2022.
This year too, the Cabinet announced its plans for 2023 on Budget Day and, as always, many of these plans have different effects on taxation for the new year. Not all the details were known yet, but as the new year approaches, more and more is becoming clear.
To make this clear once more, we are organising a lecture on Thursday evening, 15 December, including end-of-year tips and tax plan 2023. The lecture consists of two parts with two speakers Fred Snelderwaard and Tom van ’t Hek.
Fred Snelderwaard
Mr Fred Snelderwaard, formerly associated with Deloitte, has been a partner at Koeleman accountants & belastingadviseurs B. V. for 21 years and mainly focuses on managing the tax advisory practice within our offices.
Mr Fred Snelderwaard will come to tell and advise this evening in his well-known lively manner, bringing you up to date on most recent developments and changes that are going to take place in 2023.
Tom van ’t Hek
Tom van ’t Hek has had a long career in sport. As a hockey player, he played in the Dutch hockey team for 16 years. As a club player, he played several seasons for Utrecht-based Kampong. The agile left striker became Dutch champion with Kampong and participated with the Dutch team in the Olympics in Los Angeles.
As coach, Tom was in charge of the Dutch women’s hockey team for six years. Under his leadership, the team became European champions, won the Champions Trophy and twice won a bronze medal at the Olympics (1996 and 2000).
During his presentation, Tom van ’t Hek speaks enthusiastically and passionately about his vision on team building, coaching, leadership and cooperation. Moreover, he is able to make a clear connection between sports and business like no other and knows how to make each topic understandable and accessible. All this is supported by inspiring examples from sport and business.
“How your organisation can stand out in the industry”, “why a well thought-out human resources policy is now more important than ever” and “the power of team spirit”. All topics Tom enjoys speaking on.
He is a popular speaker in organisations such as healthcare, education and government, but also in the business world. With the necessary humour, he knows how to strike the right chord with his lecture.
